Our clinic does not bill insurance for visits. However, if a brand-name medication is prescribed, the patient may use insurance at the pharmacy. Insurance processing is handled through the pharmacy.

Telemedicine is available for GLP-1 medications only. Appetite suppressants and B12 injections require in-office visits.

GLP-1 medications are prescribed based on medical evaluation and safety guidelines. Certain conditions may make GLP-1 therapy inappropriate for some patients.

Yes. If the provider determines during the medical evaluation that GLP-1 medication is not appropriate for you, your visit fee will be refunded.
