Texas Telemedicine GLP-1 Weight Loss Program Available to Texas Residents Only.
Our telemedicine program allows patients located anywhere in Texas to meet virtually with a licensed medical provider for GLP-1 weight loss treatment.
Telemedicine is available for GLP-1 medications only. Appetite suppressants and B12 injections require in-office visits
How It Works
Use the following steps:
1. Request Appointment
Submit the Contact Us form and choose Telemedicine.
2. Confirmation
Appointment requests are not confirmed until the clinic contacts the patient with the next available appointment time.
3. Portal, Paperwork, and Vitals
You will receive an email invitation to activate the FollowMyHealth patient portal and complete required paperwork electronically.
Activation of the FollowMyHealth portal is required before the visit.
Patients should have a current blood pressure reading available during the telemedicine visit.
All communication after the visit will take place through the secure patient portal.
Please allow up to 3 business days for non-urgent responses through the portal.
For emergencies, patients should call 911
4. Secure Visit Link and Payment
Prior to the visit, you will receive a secure telemedicine visit link and a payment link via text message.
Payment must be completed before the visit begins.
The patient will meet virtually with a licensed medical provider.
5. Prescription and Pharmacy
During the visit, the provider will send the prescription to the pharmacy discussed during the appointment.
Brand-name medications may be sent to the patient’s preferred retail pharmacy.
If medically necessary, compounded medications may be dispensed through a licensed Texas compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to the patient.
The pharmacy will contact the patient directly regarding medication payment and shipping.
Patients should not need to contact the clinic regarding pharmacy processing questions.
6. Ongoing Care
The clinic will automatically schedule a follow-up appointment approximately one month later.
You will receive a reminder prior to the appointment and may reschedule if needed.

- ✅Complete all required paperwork before the visit.

- ✅Use a reliable internet connection.
- ✅Be in a quiet, private location.
- ✅Complete payment before the visit begins.
Payment must be completed before the start of the visit. The payment link and the secure virtual visit link will both be sent to the patient by text message in the same message prior to the appointment.
Telemedicine visits should not be conducted while driving or multitasking
Portal Communication / FollowMyHealth Clarification
The patient must activate the portal before the visit.
After the visit, communication with the provider will occur through the secure patient portal.
